RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Our Return Policy

Pannonia Dekor Kft. does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind beyond the statutory rights described below. We do not offer an additional 30-day return period.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us at info@pannoniadekor.at. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs.

We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We will cover necessary return shipping costs for valid claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Please report visible delivery damage promptly to help us investigate. This request does not shorten statutory claim periods or remove your rights.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to p.wratschko@pannoniadekor.com before the withdrawal period expires. Prior approval is not required.

You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Please package the goods securely. Original packaging is recommended but is not a condition for exercising your statutory right. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal exception applies.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected, including for personalised and discounted products.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without additional refund fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer voluntary exchanges. This does not affect your statutory right to replacement of defective or non-conforming goods.
